| The 2010 reunion will be held at the Grand Plaza Hotel, Branson, Missouri. The room rate will be $82.00+Tax per night. The hotel will extend the group rate three days prior to and three days after the official reunion dates of June 23 - June 27, 2010. | Wednesday, June 23 Check in at the Grand Plaza after 3 PM. They will give you your welcome package which will include a map of the area, coupons from outlet malls and updated itinerary. I will have your personalized name badge at the hospitality room. The hospitality room opens at noon for early arrivals. Light snacks, soft drinks, coffee and tea will be provided by Gatherings Plus, our reunion activities host, as part of our activities package for the first night. At 5:30 PM there will be a Welcome Aboard Reception in the hospitality room. Again, light snacks and beverages will be served. The rest of the evening is free. Get a good night's sleep, we will be busy tomorrow. |
| Sunday, June 27 A complimentary hot breakfast buffet will be served from 7-10 AM. The hotel is setting up a private area for our last breakfast get-together. I'm sure we will all be talking about the great time we had, and how fast it went by. |
| For this year’s reunion, I have contracted with Gatherings Plus to handle all of our activities. As in the past, please let me know if you’re attending the reunion so I can add your name to the reunion info page. After that, you will be dealing directly with Pam Brown at Gatherings Plus (417) 338-4048. She will be glad to answer any questions you may have with regard to the activities and will price your activities if you decide not to do the entire package. You will also submit your activity payment to them. 50% is due by April, 23 2010 and the balance is due by May, 23 2010. You can download the form just below this paragraph to send in along with your payment. The complete activities package price is $232.00 per person , which includes everything listed on the itinerary below. This is a great price. | Thursday, June 24 A complimentary hot breakfast buffet will be served from 7-9 AM. Then we’re off to the Starlite Theatre to see the Platters morning show at 10 AM. After the show, we’ll have a light lunch at the Starlite Theatre. At 2 PM, it’s off to the #1 Hits Of The 60'S, then a stop at the Stone Hill Winery for some wine tasting, then dinner served at 6 PM at Charlie’s Steak, Ribs & Ale where we will dine on salad, baked potato, ribs, chicken and pulled pork, served family style. The rest of the evening is free. |
| Friday, June 25 A complimentary hot breakfast buffet will be served from 7-10 AM. The morning is free for you to shop, catch a morning show, or just hang out at the hospitality room. At 3 PM we have a memorial service at Branson Landing, and at 4 PM we board the showboat Branson Belle for our dinner cruise and show on beautiful Table Rock Lake. The rest of the evening is free to do whatever you wish. |
| Saturday, June 26 A complimentary hot breakfast buffet will be served from 7-10 AM. The morning and afternoon are free. This would be a great time to check out some of the other attractions and shows. Don't forget to be back at the hotel for the 6 PM photo session. The price of the group photos is $15.00 each and is not included in the price of the activities package. There is no obligation to purchase any of the photos. The Saturday evening banquet will start at 7 PM in the Sunset Room. We will be served tossed salad, prime rib and parmesan chicken breast, baked potato, steamed veggies, hot rolls, dessert, coffee and tea. |
