My name is Stan Chisholm and I served with the 402nd Transportation Co. (terminal transfer) from June 1968 until June 1970. I was a stevedore at the Dong Nai and then at the Binh Hoa barge site whose major
assignment was the discharge of ordnance intended for Air Force use. This included large bombs, napalm, and other things that fall from planes and go boom, completely ruining the day for many of the enemy on the
ground below. As you'll see from the photos, we knew how to work hard and how to enjoy the rare time off when it came...enjoy!

After a hard day's work at the barge site, we convoyed back to Camp Camelot for some party time and a little sleep too. The Binh Hoa barge site did have provisions for a few guys to stay there 24 /7, which they did in the
